Chick Counter

Pas Reform’s chick counter is capable of handling chicks in different ages and weighs. The chick counter is faster than human ergo it decreases the stress of chicks and more importantly the chicks avoid being touched by humans.

Pas Reform’s chick counter would count 30000 chicks per hour. However by using the supplementary of second line it would count twice the amount.

The chick counter accept different supplementary equipment as hatchery basket sorting and vaccination spray machines.

Egg Sucking Transporter

It is a part-automatic equipment produced by Pas Reform. It transports eggs fromsetter trays to hatchery baskets and requires two operators.

It is capable of sucking 45000 eggs per hour vertically and has only 1-2 per cent breaks. In this manner 40000 of eggs would survive. By considering 82 per cent healthy hatching, 32800 chicks per year are born in a plant with capacity of 155000 eggs per week.
