- Hatching vaccine spraying has several advantages over farm vaccine spraying, such as faster operation and precision, lower labor costs, less post-vaccination response and less environmental interference.
- Our partner, Innovatec, as a manufacturer of incubator automation equipment, has collaborated with some well-known pharmaceutical companies in order to design and manufacture differenthatchery vaccine spray. These equipment have uniquely reliable performance, and are very durable and easy to clean.
- These devices are fully customizable, and as soon as the chick containing carton is underneath the nozzles, the vaccine spray is automatically operated.
- The small size of the droplets and the better diffusion and distribution of the particles ensure that the vaccine is distributed evenly across all chickens in each box. A magnetic stirrer ensures uniformity of vaccine during operation.

Spray Vaccination on Incubation
One-day-old chicken spray vaccination (especially in the case of live vaccines) is one of the common methods for poultry vaccination, which is cost-effective both for vaccination and for the large population of birds.
This method requires less time and labor, due to its accuracy, less stress is upon the chicks and ultimately improves mucosal and systemic immunity.
Due to spraying of respiratory diseases such as bronchitis or Newcastle disease at primary hours after hatching the spray vaccination is preferred to other vaccines.
Spraying vaccine on 80 to 150 tightly packed group of chickens in a box also provides horizontal transmission of the vaccine among birds.
